The Flooded Sports Field, Bodiam Valley
With the sun shining yesterday afternoon I drove down to the Bodiam Valley to try and capture another view. I stood beside the flooded sports field, which I normally walk across if I paint the river. The cricket pavilion is now only accessible by boat! Bodiam Castle car park is currently closed as the flood waters have covered most of it and after last nights rain and more today, I expect the road that crosses the valley will flood too.
